customize dashboard tile when no data is present

What is the challenge?

When building Dashboards, some panels might be blank due to lack of data. Currently those panels will populate with the language "There is currently no data in this panel. Open the report to adjust the filters." even in cases where it might be desirable or expected for a dashboard panel to be blank.

What is the impact?

When using Aha Dashboards to present information, the default language of "There is currently no data in this panel. Open the report to adjust the filters." appears unprofessional, especially when it is actually desirable or expected behavior.

Describe your idea

Simply allow configuration of the language that appears when a dashboard panel is blank due to lack of data.
