Copy description to work requests without needing to add to clipboard

What is the challenge?

When you accept a work request, you can either copy the description of the work request or the work request parent to the new record. Today, this adds the description to your clipboard then you can paste it into the new record. This has confused me and other users who expected it to automatically copy the description, not add it to my clipboard.

What is the impact?

Adds additional clicks when creating a work request to get the desired description.

Just copy the description to the new record - no adding to your clipboard.

    This UX design is intentional. When someone accepts a work request, they may have already added information to the description field. We don't want to overwrite their existing text. While we could potentially add new content below their text, this enhancement isn't a priority for the near future.
