Allow to manually push a Jira Theme to Aha as an MF ( without the need of a ready MF on Aha side)

What is the challenge?

Currently we have cases where RnD would open a theme (we categorize it) , and that is for mostly themes with technical nature. as such PM will not initiate them, but we still want the PM to be aware of them in planning and prioritization. Today in order to push it from jira to aha you need to create an MF on aha side.. but RnD does not work in Aha.. and its a very wierd process. We expect that the MF would be created with the push from jira.

What is the impact?

The current impact is that the PM will not have a clear and complete picture for planning and prioritization

Describe your idea

The idea is that once a user in JIRA creates a theme, allow them to manually push it to Aha AND for Aha to create the linked MF automatically
