What is the challenge? |
The AI search feature in Aha Knowledge is great, but we have no sophisticated/easy way to point to it. There's no UI indicator for our customers, so it's not getting used. |
What is the impact? |
This should help a lot with ticket deflection especially for our large knowledge bases, but we've not seen a reduction in support requests for our "busy" products. |

Add some kind of indicator to the Search bar - a tooltip, embedded text, anything at all - to help us point customers to the AI summary feature. "Ask a question to get AI-powered answers!" |
