API to return only proxy votes

What is the challenge?

We are using Proxy Votes to escalate Ideas. We are using APIs to find the votes that are escalating Ideas and some Ideas have hundreds of regular votes and only a few proxy votes.

What is the impact?

Having this API would allow our services to function much more efficiently.

Describe your idea

Create an API (or update the existing GET Endorsements) to allow for only getting Proxy Votes instead of all Votes.
