Make URLs to saved views persistent to allow easy access via browser bookmarks
What is the challenge? |
When one sets up a new view in Aha, Aha generates a URL for that view (e.g. https://xyz.aha.io/bookmarks/custom_pivots/123456789). I thought I'd be able to bookmark these so as to use my browser to easily access frequently-used views, since this is much better implemented in my browser than it is in Aha's 'Views' features. However, the URL is not persistent, therefore after some time the bookmark becomes useless. |
What is the impact? |
If I can't use browser bookmarks to access frequently-used Aha views I have to try and use the Aha 'Views' feature, which lacks usability and doesn't work as expected in many cases. It's therefore difficult for me to access important Aha views. |

I would like to be able to save (persistent) URLs for my view/report/pivot as a bookmark in my browser so that I can easily and quickly access it in the future without needing to navigate the current 'Views' feature |

Thank you for your idea. The URL for saved views is persistent. The best way to get the correct URL after saving your view is to click the Share button and then Copy link to copy the URL. The URL in your browser address bar will contain additional variables that may not be persistent.
