Allow changing integration template when project is not based on template

What is the challenge?

A new integration template can only be applied if the projects for the new and old template match or if the project matches the existing integration.

What is the impact?

There are scenarios where a new template needs to be applied and the project condition is not met.

This would mean that either the existing integration is separated from an integration template or the integration would need to be deleted and reestablished which is time consuming.

Describe your idea

When an integration template’s children are not based on the template’s project or field mapping settings, then a new integration template should be able to be applied.
