Use custom dashboard panel titles for chart drill-in when sharing dashboard externally

What is the challenge?

• When sharing a dashboard as an external webpage, I have the option to enable webpage visitors to drill in and see the data that underlies charts. This is very useful

• However currently when the user drills into the chart and the data opens in the drawer, the name they see at the top of the report is the underlying, "internal" name of the report driving the panel (which might include confusing "(dashboard copy)" language)

What is the impact?

• Right now there is potential for those titles to be quite confusing to end users. Using the "user-facing" title would help the webpage be more understandable and polished.

• Instead, this should display the custom panel name I've added, where applicable.
