Group overdue and 'due today' to-dos together

What is the challenge?

I regularly miss to-dos due today because they are grouped with things due 'this week'. I just don't see them because I tend to just assume anything in the 'this week' category is in the future.

Things due today would be better to be grouped with the overdue items, because if you have a to-do due today, it's important and you need to get it done, likely within hours or less. When they are grouped with 'this week' it's easy to miss that they are needed to be done today.

What is the impact?

I miss to-dos due today sometimes.

Regroup to-dos slightly into these groups:

• Due now

  • to-dos that are overdue or due today

• Due soon

  • to-dos due in the next 7 days after today

• Due later

  • to-dos due beyond that or no date

I think this is a better grouping that helps put more visibility onto the to-dos due today, ensuring they don't get glossed over.
