Links to a Specific Heading on a Different Page Not Always Working

What is the challenge?

A given link on page A is supposed to take the user to a specific heading on page B. Clicking the link displays page B but not to the heading.

What is the impact?

Users are not taken to the correct information when clicking on that type of link.

Describe your idea

Fix these types of links so the user is taken to the designated heading on page B. Example: https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/ZANG-N-292, click the Peoplevox and Pixi Errors link (half-way down the page). (Please note that the link works correctly in the workspace.) Thank you.
