start numbered lists from a certain number Merged

What is the challenge?

If I cannot include callout boxes in a numbered list, I could finish the list, then put the callout box, and then somehow continue with my numbered list.

Sometimes you have to include callout boxes or tables within a numbered list. I would like to be able to start a numbered list with a certain number, not with 1.
