Continuous automation triggers

What is the challenge?

We have automations that push fields downstream to other item types. Since they can only be triggered when the top-level item is created or the field is edited, the automations are not pushing data to the lower levels because they haven't been created yet.

What is the impact?

The automations are providing very little value for us. Without these automations, the overhead related to filling out these fields in the lower levels by multiple groups threatens the whole adoption of the tool.

Describe your idea

Be able to trigger an automation based on a defined cadence or time period (i.e. continuous, 1x/day).
