Make the process of changing requirement status calculations work better.

What is the challenge?

If you change the category of a status to 'done', existing records with that status will not pick up the new change in progress calculations

What is the impact?

Progress calculation will be incorrect on some records which leads to inaccurate progress reporting

Describe your idea

  1. Update the progress calculation based on the change to the category for existing records.

Tell the user that they need to make a list report of all current features, and bulk edit those features to make the progress calculation manual, then bulk edit the same list of features a second time to calculate from requirements done.
