Allow epics to inherit prioritisation scores from features

What is the challenge?

We prioritise features, not epics. However, it's still useful for many reasons (e.g. reporting) to have a prioritised view of epics as well. There's no way that we will spend the time to score epics separately though.

What is the impact?

Epics will automatically be assigned prioritisation scores, providing clear benefits without requiring extra time or effort

Describe your idea

Provide a configuration option to allow epics to inherit prioritisation scores from the constituent features. This would need to be an average to account for multiple features.
