Add shipped ideas to weekly portal summary email

What is the challenge?

There is no way to currently notify all portal users when an idea is shipped (unless the user is subscribed).

What is the impact?

Customers can see that we deliver on ideas we receive.

Describe your idea

The weekly portal summary contains activity on new ideas, votes, and comments, along with status changes for subscribed ideas.

It would be helpful to also include a count of the total shipped ideas and a link to that filtered view in the portal so any user could easily see everything that shipped in a given week.
