Ability to include Epic and Feature card positions in user story maps in List Reports as columns

What is the challenge?

user story maps are not listed as available data objects nor attributes telling how contained epics and features are sorted within these user story maps.

So far we can only reconcile which user story map contains which epic by parsing the 'record links' attribute and searching for 'is contained by'

What is the impact?

We use user story maps to design user journeys in terms of sequencing of steps. Main steps are represented by epics and individual steps by features.

We need to be able to export how this epics and features are following each other in the story maps so we can cross-check this data with other data sources in excel spreadsheet and have this sorting preserved in the excel sheet.

Describe your idea

• Allow user story maps as selectable data object when building a list report

• Expose in a dedicated attribute in epics and features the sequence number within the contaning user story map if any. That his, column position for epics and row position for features.
