Allow integrations to be setup from a system setting - not tied to a user

What is the challenge?

We had a former development manager set up some integrations and this is tied to that development manager's user. When we disabled the user (part of the security process when someone leaves, it disabled and wiped away the integration settings)

What is the impact?

1. We have to leave the user active (which has a security risk)

2. We are charged for that user

3. We have to setup our integration settings again (re-activating the user didn't bring them back)

Describe your idea

Have the integration settings not tied to a user. This can be through a key that is tied to our system and not a user.
