Intake Portal / Work Request Improvements

What is the challenge?

We have multiple types of work request that come in to our teams. The Brand new Ideas, the request for additional support, Test Data Requests, Test Support Request, Security Request Support, Estimate only request. These requests are made to multiple teams so we have to add an idea for each team which could take days when impact 147 teams. Or if you submit the Work Request you can't select the type of work so you get a messy list of requests that you can't easily sort or work with. If someone forgets a tag additional work is created Need to re- think the entire intake

What is the impact?

Slows the work down due to the amount of time it takes to submit a request. Loss of work through the noise of all the different work types.

Create a single portal that enables the ability to select the type of work being requested , captures business case details and prioritization information while enabling the ability to impact all products.
