Add Fiscal Quarter to dateformat function in calculated columns

What is the challenge?

If I want to create a Report that shows information by quarter, there is no easy way to do this.

What is the impact?

Rather than creating a simple Pivot to view and sort this information, when I want counts I must filter through each individual quarter and year to get the results I am looking for.

Describe your idea

It would be extremely convenient if Fiscal Quarter was added as an option to the DateFormat function, in addition to the current options of Day, Month, and Year.
