Show ideas created by me as an Aha User or when logged into the portal
What is the challenge? |
When I go the ideas portal and select 'My Ideas', I can only see ideas I created as a portal user. I cannot see ideas I created within the Aha interface as an Aha user. |
What is the impact? |
I'm not able to see all the ideas I created - I can only see the ideas I created on or voted for when I was logged into the portal. |

When I go to the ideas portal, show me all the ideas I have created or voted for regardless of whether I was an ideas portal user or logged into the Aha interface. |

@Guest Thanks for reaching out. Ideally, you should not have a portal user, only an Aha! user. There were some cases in the past where portal users were incorrectly corrected but those have since been fixed.
If you have both and Aha! user and portal user, you can merge them now. Go to Portal settings -> Users, find your user, click the actions [...] menu and choose "Merge into Aha! user". This will move all the ideas, votes, and comments from your portal user to your Aha! user and delete the portal user. Going forward you would only log in to the portal with your Aha! user.
