Whiteboards: enforce "required fields" when converting Aha! Shapes to Aha! records

What is the challenge?

It is great that Aha! Shapes can be converted into Aha! records. We require certain fields to be completed when a record is created as they are important to ensure the next steps in the workflow can move forward quickly. These required fields are not enforced when converting objects in whiteboards.

What is the impact?

Records without the relevant fields completed will need to be sent back to the creator to be updated, leading to delays in the workflow.

A workspace setting that enables workspace owners to toggle the enforcement of required fields in whiteboards on and off.
