I need a visual ranking system

Easily see which are the best ideas for example

Star rating systems have become universal and I have several use cases in mind where it would be helpful to see a rating at a glance.

Need to be able to sort by rating.

Nice to have would be fraction of a star coloured in.

I've put this against releases just because of how we use the system but it would be useful elsewhere.
