More granularity on how notifications are received Merged

What is the challenge?

Being able to focus on the important notifications for my features, such as when I am '@d' in comments

What is the impact?

I miss important information from my teams

Describe your idea

Ability to specify how you are notified depending on the update made to the feature. For example, I want an email notification instantly for when I am tagged in comments, but just browser notification when other fields change.
