Add tooltip to the progress checkbox for custom roadmaps

What is the challenge?

Currently it's not clear which exact record is being used to display the progress in a bar

What is the impact?

Customers may be confused about the progress shown

Describe your idea

Add a tooltip to note that the progress is being displayed for the record to which the first field in the Shown on bars section belongs.
