Allow automatic imports of child records when parent records exist in a different workspace

What is the challenge?

Currently, for Jira integrations, when you have parent/child records in Jira that span multiple Jira projects connected to multiple Aha! workspaces, all child records created will need to be manually approved as an integration import candidate.

If this record is only eligible for one workspace, and you have Automatic Import enabled, these child records should automatically be imported without manual approval.

What is the impact?

Child records in this scenario will no longer need manual approval and will automatically be imported

Instead of the record being queued up in the integration updates screen, this record should import to the workspace where the Jira issue's Project is integrated to.

If this Jira project is integrated to more than one Aha! workspace, and the record could be imported to more than one workspace, manual approval should still be required.
