Add a new status category

What is the challenge?

Currently there is no way to have requirements update a feature's status when ALL requirements have a status in the category of In Progress.

What is the impact?

As we have multiple In progress statuses but do not always want to change the overall status until ALL requirements reach a certain status, we lose out on automation.

Describe your idea

Add a status category where "If all requirement has a status in the category of (new category) then the feature status will change to (some new status or allow us to customize the status).
