Set the default release template in a workspace template

What is the challenge?

Currently, I can add a release template to a workspace template, which will make it available in any workspaces using the template. I cannot make it the default template in the child workspaces though, which means I have to manually go to a workspace to set this as the default.

What is the impact?

This would remove steps required to have it be applied as a workspace setting.

Describe your idea

Allow users to also set the default release template at the workspace template level.
