Add release milestones to strategy roadmap

What is the challenge?

The strategy roadmap can only visualize the final release date, not any of the release milestones.

What is the impact?

This means that you can't see all your milestones overlaid on the strategy roadmap, except by creating separate releases for every milestone.

Ability to optionally show release milestones in addition to the final release date in the strategy roadmap.
