Aha! Knowledge: enable "single sourcing" of sections with version control

What is the challenge?

It is possible today to publish the same document in multiple knowledge bases. It is not currently possible to:

Publish a section of a document in multiple places simultaneously, and
allow different versions of each section to be published in multiple places and/or knowledge bases simultaneously

What is the impact?

The same content needs to be created multiple times
