What is the challenge? |
When a large amount of values are included in a filter selection (we use organisation). There is no way to positively exclude a particular selectable value. Filters appear to act as an "in list' type of function whereas we want to use a "not in list" type filter |
What is the impact? |
Whilst selection of (is not blank) is available to allow this functionality would reduce the amount of clicks significantly where the list of values is large and a user just wants everything except for a few items |
Describe your idea |
Allow the designer of the report to select the operator for a filter in reports to include =, not =, (is, is not) and in list (default) as well as not in list (new idea) |
Hi there, if I understand your idea correctly, the None operator in advanced filters should be what you are looking for. See this article for more: https://www.aha.io/support/suite/suite/reports/filter-reports#set-advanced-filters
Please let us know if this is not what you were asking for. Thanks!
