Ability to customize roadmap report format

What is the challenge?

When bring up a long report, the text of first group column is not visible ont the screen unless you scroll down, causing confusion as to what is being displayed when you open the report.

What is the impact?

The readability of the report is poor. The layout makes it hard to understand the key points

Describe your idea

1. Currently the text is center-aligned (vertically) which makes it sometime difficult to see the grouping you are viewing. Can the text in the row groupings be top aligned vertically?

2. Would like to bolder the separate line between row groups, Currently, they are thin lines and it's hard to read
