Improve Usability for Response to Private Comment

What is the challenge?

We have started to use the private comment functionality to ask questions to the idea creator and this has been working great for the most part. However, users often accidentally reply publicly and we have to remember make it private for them. I think this happens because they click the link to the idea and then add a new comment rather than replying to our comment.

What is the impact?

We might miss this and it could lead to a confusing and embarrassing situation.

Describe your idea

Change the link in the notification for a private comment to take them to the idea and place them in a reply to the private comment. Could also warn them if there is a private comment and they are adding a public comment.
