Allow to filter for "highly discussed" ideas

What is the challenge?

Ideas may have a lot of comments, but few votes

What is the impact?

Discussed ideas may seem controversial, but also seemingly of interest, but do not show high on any filter (except AHA-internally)

Describe your idea

Oftentimes ideas attract comments for discussion, maybe also via proxy votes/comments, so they are not directly "popular" in vote count but apparently of some interest. It would be great if the portal offered a default filter for e.g. "Hot" or "Controversial" ideas.
