In a note, make the #top link case insensitive

What is the challenge?

In a note, you can highlight text and add a link. If the link is "#top", clicking this will take the user to the top of the page.

However, using "#Top" currently does not work.

What is the impact?

If imported documents use the #Top text, you need to update each link manually.

Describe your idea

This should be case insensitive -- either #top or #Top should both direct users to the top of the page.
