Slack support for public comments

Our team works primarily from slack so the more functionality provided within Slack without use of other tools is key for adoption.

In this case, we have a slack channel set up to alert the product team when an enhancement request has been received. These are submitted by internal users. As such, it's imperative we are able to quickly respond to the submitter. It would be great if another button was added within the slack to also post a public comment which would be displayed within the portal without the product team member having to log into Aha!
