Make accessing the user story map's record drawer more obvious

What is the challenge?

It's not so clear how to open a USM's record drawer, for example to add a persona. There isn't an indication (e.g adding an underline) that it will open if I click the title

What is the impact?

Customers may not be able to fully customise their USMs
