Do not display the horizontal scrollbar in the drill-in popover on shared webpages

What is the challenge?

There are some instances where the drill-in popover in shared webpages displays both horizontal and vertical scrollbars.

What is the impact?

The horizontal scrollbar takes up a lot of screen real estate. Ideally, we would only show a vertical scrollbar (if any).
