The Now Next Later has the ability to customize the cards which is great. Not all of the same fields are supported as the Feature >Board card customization. |
What is the impact? |
The Now Next Later roadmap provides a valuable view for certain stakeholders. It would be helpful to display information on the cards to help those stakeholders. In this case, showing the integration field would help so a separate view or step is required to show the integrated record link. |

You can now show the integration field on record cards on the Now, Next, Later roadmap.

This NNL roadmap is for the benefit of the rest of the company, and most of them use Jira to track their execution, and comment on tickets inside Jira, so the Jira key is far more valuable to them.
We need this functionality, as we are using Whiteboards for tracking PI Execution. Our teams work in ADO, while our PI Planning boards are in Aha! Whiteboards and reference the Aha! Numbers. In SOS, our Scrum Masters are referencing the ADO numbers. Without being able to pull the Integration field onto the card, we are falling back to referencing the ADO # in the title of the feature. That is extra work for our team.
