Add key result progress calculation options to workspace settings and bulk edit

What is the challenge?

Now that key results can have progress calculation settings, I want to set workspace defaults and also bulk edit key result progress calculation settings.

What is the impact?

Without this possible, it is difficult to establish workspace settings. This requires me to manually set it on each record which can be time consuming.

Describe your idea

Add workspace default progress calculation setting for key results, and also allow for bulk editing the progress calculation for key results.
