Manage subscription billing details in advance of renewal

What is the challenge?

Making billing changes in advance of subscription renewal requires communicating with Aha! support

What is the impact?

Since information is not even visible in the user interface, it's confusing. Because the details aren't knowable without contacting support, much less available to autonomously manage, it's inefficient.

Describe your idea

Provide a self-service way via the user interface to manage billing details like the following to be in effect as of the next scheduled subscription renewal:

  • Email addresses beyond the primary one to include when the invoice is sent

  • Seat count changes

  • Plan changes, such as an upgrade

  • Purchase order number to appear on invoice


  • Attach files
