What is the impact? |
Having to rekey data - costs time |
Describe your idea |
Microsoft provides a low-code multi-platform integration service called Power Automate. Third-party vendors, like Aha!, can create their own custom connectors to their platforms and make them available to users of Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Logic Apps, making it much easier to integrate using those platforms. Power Automate and Logic Apps are not just for Microsoft customer service products, like Dynamics 365 Customer Service - it can also be used to integrate systems like Salesforce and any system that uses SQL Server for its database. Therefore, any such connector would have extremely wide applicability. You can read more about custom connectors here. |
The current documented integration path for Teams, webhooks, is being deprecated https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/retirement-of-office-365-connectors-within-microsoft-teams/.
