What is the challenge? |
I have spent the last few months creating documentation as requested by our business partners. I now want to circle back and see who has seen a page and when (the support team, customer success, etc.) |
What is the impact? |
If no one is viewing my knowledge base then I don't need to keep filling it out. If a topic is super popular then I would know to keep adding to it. If I have "how to" support cases submitted to my product team, I would be able to see if support viewed my resource before escalating the customer issue to product. |

Add the ability to view who has seen a note in the knowledge base and when they viewed it (the date) Note sure if this would be the knowledge base or notes. |
