Add a "create retrospective option" to develop

What is the challenge?

Having retrospectives is an important scrum practice, at the moment it's pretty manual.

• go to documents

• create a whiteboard

• add a copy of the end of sprint review

• insert a retrospective template.

What is the impact?

It's just time consuming and not everyone knows how to set this up.

Describe your idea

I would like to be able to launch a retrospective from the sprint planning page or the end of sprint report page and have a whiteboard built and added for me ready to go.
