Track history of comment updates

What is the challenge?

History tab does not track updates of individual comments.

What is the impact?

In the Comments area within records, our project management team often create checklists, or need to edit/add information in an existing comment. They sometimes inadvertently delete something or want to go back to what they originally had, but because these changes are not tracked as part of the History tab, they cannot track historical changes made.
