The best answer or comment functionality

What is the challenge?

An Idea can have many comments associated with them, some a valuable and some are not, finding valuable comments seems to take an age scrolling through many pages (sometimes)

Understanding value in comments is difficult

The Ideas Empathy functionality includes the ability to 'star' comments which bring these to the form of face view of the session, it would be a good idea to include this functionality in the Idea Comments functionality and be able to filter based on 'flagged/ starred' comments and filter out things that do not add value. Only back end users (not portal users) should be able to flag a comment in this way.

Other forum based products have this ability and this will bring Aha! in line with other platforms from competitors
