Language support in Free Text (Idea) fields in ideas portal

What is the challenge?

As a multinational company we have clients in 22 countries where many are not english speaking. Although some (limited) language support can be enabled for forms, input data is always displayed in the language of the user who created an Idea

What is the impact?

Global teams (in my organisation) need to manually translate the input data of an idea to undertand the context and idea itself. This is time consuming and different from other applications in use. Adoption for non-english speaking customers is poor preventing global use of the product

Describe your idea

When working at a global product management level and reviewing ideas it would be great to have an option to convert to english the Idea that jas been created. Even an ability to call Google Translate with the text would be OK and an improvement
