Report owner being able to generate webpage view regardless of which workspace it is saved

What is the challenge?

A template created by ProductOps is intended to be duplicated by PMs to use and modify, but for some reason if the duplicated report was accidentally saved in a different workspace (without anyone knowing and no visibility/ability to move the report to other workspaces), the report owner cannot generate Webpage view due to workspace role limitation, even though they're the report owner.

What is the impact?

Describe your idea

Ability to see which workspace a report is saved in and the ability to move the report to different workspaces. Or, the ability for report owners/creators to generate Webpage links regardless of which workspace the report was saved in.
