Updates to Lock on Comments

What is the challenge?

I have Comments locked to stickies that are in a table, when a new column is added to the table or when sizing changes on items on the whiteboard the comments lock in their place instead of with the item they are attached to.

What is the impact?

This requires me to unlock and move the comments back to the area they previous were locked or item they were associated with. It is time consuming an unnecessary.

Describe your idea

When comments are locked to an item (like a sticky) if items are shifted because of resizing or adding to new rows/columns in that table format the comment should stick to that item/table area instead of whiteboard location.
