Add option to customize CSS to the KB

What is the challenge?

Customers who want a tailored KB experience for users want options to further customize this.

What is the impact?

This would allow customers more flexibility to customize their KBs to their own brand and the experience they want for customers.

Describe your idea

This can work similarly to custom CSS in Idea Portals currently.

    The recent updates on customization have helped but are still lacking. As an example, I can edit the background of a selected document but not the text color. I can't appear to edit the primary background color of the knowledge base.

    Branding is critical and customization should cover all elements of the knowledge base
