I would like to have one place where all commitments made to customers can be viewed and prioritized. They would link to ideas, epics, features, releases, initiatives. etc. that were given to customers and a status would be assigned to them. It is similar to the Ideas prioritization but not just for ideas. |

Thank you for your idea. There are a couple ways you can accomplish this today. First, prioritization views are available for features and initiatives in addition to ideas.
But another suggestion would be to use a custom field to capture customer commitments. These are reportable, so you could easily create reports to show committed features, initiatives, etc.
